The Masiphakameni Women’s Group, meaning “Let us rise” celebrated the culmination of a 3-month cooking training program facilitated by Food Jams/Jade de Waal during which they were taught to become professional and independent in the exciting cooking industry. Their menu was paired with Spier’s 21 Gables Pinotage and Chenin Blanc.
